After singing to more than 150 audience members, we’re absolutely thrilled by the support we received last night. Thank you to all who came out and took a chance on Sirens. We hope to see you again!
We would also like to thank:
- The administration and congregation of Trinity United Church for their continued support and for the use of the church for both our rehearsals and performance
- Frances McBurnie for her beautiful piano playing – always a treat!
- Branden Kelly for undertaking the bodhrán drum and congas for us
- The Nova Scotia Choral Federation, Saskatchewan Choral Federation, Manitoba Choral Association and the Canadian Music Centre for the loan of scores used in tonight’s performance
- Alana Reddin for designing our beautiful logo and Angela Deighan for taking our group photo
- Don Fraser for recording our performance
Sirens next performance is Friday, June 7th. We will be special guests at Le Ragazze’s annual spring performance – details coming soon!
Thank you so much for a really lovely evening! With such a great selection of repertoire, you were very impressive and commanded the audience’s attention. Can’t wait to hear you again. Exciting to see more choral music in Charlottetown.
Thank you for coming, Gen!
Congratulations to all the Sirens on your debut concert. May there be many more to come! Jeff Joudrey and all your friends in Halifax Camerata Singers
Thank you, Jeff! We would love to get over to Halifax someday and collaborate. Time will tell!
