Where music asks question…and doesn’t always give the answers. Join Sirens at Park Royal United Church on February 7, 2026 at 7:30 PM for Riddle Me This

Step into a sound world where things aren’t always as they seem. Riddle Me This invites you to listen between the lines through riddles, tongue twisters, and texts that twist and turn as playfully as the music itself. Each piece offers a secret to uncover, a pattern to decode, or a mystery to simply sit within.

Off-kilter, curious, and full of delight, this program celebrates the joy of not having all the answers — and the beauty that lives inside the questions. From the ancient wisdom and swirling energy of Katerina Gimon’s O Virtus Sapientiae, to the sly wit of Jaakko Mäntyjärvi’s Juliet November Tango, and the luminous wonder of Ēriks Ešenvalds’ Stars, this concert moves between the playful and the profound. The concert will also feature pianist Stephanie Cole.

The recommended admission for Riddle Me This is $25, with “pay what you can” pricing options available to ensure everyone feels welcome.

Harmonia Youth Choir invites you to “Glow” on Saturday, December 13 at 7:00 p.m. at Park Royal United Church in Charlottetown — a cozy, warm, and joy-filled December tradition that brings our audience together to share in the light of the season. What began as a simple year-end concert has become a cherished moment to pause, gather, and be reminded of the brightness music brings to our lives.

This year’s program invites audiences to sink into that familiar warmth: the sparkle of youthful voices, the shimmer of seasonal melodies, and the quiet glow that lingers long after the final note. Featured pieces include “Heart of Earth” by Shruthi Rajasekar, an enchanting take on “Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy,” and the hopeful “Dum Spiro Spero” by Daniel Brinsmead. Whether through timeless carols or songs that celebrate light, hope, and togetherness, “Glow” reflects both the spirit of the season and the hearts of the young singers who bring it to life.

The recommended admission for “Glow” is $15, with “pay what you can” options available to ensure everyone feels welcome. Tickets are available in advance at sirenschoir.com/concerts. Admission may also be paid at the door the night of the performance (cash and e-transfer accepted).

Come share in the glow — it wouldn’t be the holidays without it!
