We’re excited to invite singers from across PEI to take part in a special 5-week workshop-style chorus this summer.

This collaborative project is designed to bring the community together through song, culminating in a large-scale concert performance on July 12 alongside Sirens, Harmonia Youth Choir, and the Kulshan Choir from Washington State.

Over four evening rehearsals, singers will learn exciting new repertoire, strengthen vocal skills, and prepare for a vibrant, high-energy performance experience.

Harmonia Youth Choir invites you to their end of season concert “Here Comes the Sun” on Friday, May 8 at 7:00 p.m. at Park Royal United Church in Charlottetown.

After a season filled with learning, laughter, and connection, Harmonia Youth Choir is ready to share the light they’ve created together. Here Comes the Sun celebrates the joy of singing in community — music that lifts the spirit, strengthens friendships, and welcomes brighter days ahead. Featuring pieces such as Sisi Ni Moja by Jacob Narverud, Here Comes the Sun (arr. Adam and Matt Podd), and TaReKiTa by Reena Esmail, this program highlights a collection of inspiring works that celebrate growth, hope, and youthful energy.

The recommended admission for “Here Comes the Sun” is $15, with “pay what you can” options available to ensure everyone feels welcome. Tickets can be purcahsed online in advanced, or admission may be paid at the door the night of the performance (cash and e-transfer accepted).
