As the days lengthen and the sun shines a little warmer, come experience the joy of choral singing with Harmonia.

There has to be a Song is Harmonia’s final concert of the season. In times where it can be difficult to see hope, Harmonia will sing songs of friendship and of joy. This concert will feature our two choirs, Harmonia Junior and Harmonia Senior. Together the two choirs will perform the world premiere of a newly commissioned piece, “The Dandelion.” This new work was composed by Marti Hopson and inspired by the poetry of PEI’s Poet Laureate, Julie Pellissier-Lush.

Harmonia is Sirens Choral Association’s (SCA) principal educational program for girls between the ages of 10-19. Under the leadership of Kelsea McLean, artistic director, and Andrea Ellis, assistant director and pianist, Harmonia’s programming includes two choirs: Harmonia Junior for girls aged 10-14, and Harmonia Senior for girls aged 14-19.

SCA Inc. requests that masks be worn by audience members at all times.

Audience members are encouraged to purchase their tickets in advance via Eventbrite. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door; doors will open at 2:00 pm.
